Concept Phase:

After taking our brief, we will meet with you, the client, so as to fully understand the goals and aspirations of the proposed exhibit.

We will liaise with your staff or work with specialist consultants and engage in a “brainstorming” dialogue to consider potential ideas and concepts and how they could be made to succeed in the context of your project.

We will develop the ideas into visual media - sketch renderings, preliminary floor-plans and simple scale models.

At the end of the phase, we will present an illustrated document which features the conceptual overview, images, verbal descriptions, and a preliminary breakdown of the exhibit features and required technical equipment and fittings.

Where clients have yet to secure full funding for their project, LDA can assist with providing promotional material. Our stunningly detailed presentation models may seem to be an extravagance at the initial stages, however experience have shown them to be invaluable in creating interest and enabling the lay-person to understand your vision. Often the centrepiece at institutional or investors boardrooms, our presentation models are museum-quality representations of a section of your finished exhibit in miniature. With myriad features and details, they are designed to incite excitement and confidence in your plans.

Next: Design Development Phase.
